Product Samples
Important components of our Hospitality Apparel Programs are product quality, ongoing product availability, updated styles and colors and embroidery design and workmanship. Once we have a preliminary acceptance of The Business Plan, we will provide for your approval a sample of each garment offered in the plan along with your digitized and embroidered designs.
Service Agreement
Every Hospitality Apparel Program we design is supported by a Service Agreement which clearly defines the commitments we’ve both made to the success of the program. Along with many other specifics, the details of our performance measurements are outlined in the Service Agreement.
Implementation
After The Business Plan has been approved and the Service Agreement finalized and accepted, our team will move to implementation. We’ll introduce you to your Customer Service Representative and your Account Specialist. As outlined in all of our Service Agreements, our responsibilities include preparing an overview of the program for distribution to the participants and preparation of your customized catalog. Administration
Now that the program has been implemented, it is our responsibility to provide superior customer service to your team members, along with timely performance measurement results to your project team or management, as outlined in the Service Agreement. Your Customer Service Representative and Account Specialist (??) have been well trained on the specifics of your particular program. In addition, through our Customer Orientation meeting, everyone involved in making your program a success has been trained on the specifics of your program.
