Any
defective item will be replaced within 15 days of purchase if a like item
is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will
be refunded the item cost.
Please ship all returns in original packaging. See below for return authorization information.
Garment Returns
Any
defective item will be replaced within 15 days of purchase if a like item
is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will
be refunded the item cost. Every Garment is Guaranteed to provide satisfactory
performance within the service for which intended, when and if proper
care is exercised for their use and maintenance.
IMPORTANT: Please try on your new garment upon receipt
- BEFORE WASHING - to make certain that it fits to your
satisfaction. If a garment does not fit or is unsatisfactory, return it
within 14 days after receipt, in the same condition as shipped, we will
exchange, credit, or refund - as you request provided the merchandise
has not been ALTERED, BACK LETTERED,
LAUNDERED, WORN or otherwise made UNSALABLE.
(Note: Please do not remove manufacturer's labels.) Garments with alterations
or excessive embroidery cannot be accepted for exchange, credit, or refund.
Receipts must accompany your return.

Instructions
For Mailing Garment Returns
1. Place the completed RA form in the box with the garments.
2. Address the box to the location from which your order was shipped
(the address is on the address label or packing list).
3. Make certain your name and address is on the outside of the box.
4. Ship all returns using UPS, Federal Express, etc. PLEASE
DO NOT SHIP RETURNS VIA US POSTAL SERVICE
